Double roller crusher working principle:

Adjustment of the discharge granularity: a wedge or washer adjustment device is arranged between the two rollers, and the top end of the wedge device is provided with an adjustment bolt. When the adjustment bolt pulls up the wedge, the wedge pushes the movable roller away from the fixed wheel. That is, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger, and the discharge granularity becomes larger. When the wedge is downward, the two rollers of the movable roller become smaller under the action of the pressing spring, and the discharge granularity becomes smaller. The gasket device adjusts the size of the discharge by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket. When the gasket is added, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger. When the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller, and the discharge granularity becomes smaller. .

Pay special attention to the following when working on the double roll crusher:

1) It is necessary to strengthen the iron removal work for the mine. If the non-crushed material (such as a bit) falls into the pair of rollers, the crusher will be damaged, resulting in a parking accident. Therefore, a de-ironing device should be installed in front of the crusher.

2) The viscous material is easy to block the crushing space, and should be stopped when handling the blockage failure, and the antimony ore should not be carried out during operation.

3) When the material processed by the roller crusher contains more chunks, it should be noted that large ore is easily squeezed out from the crushing space to prevent injury or damage to the equipment.

4) After the roller crusher is operated for a long time, due to the large wear of the roller surface, the product size will be too fine. At this time, it is necessary to pay attention to adjusting the discharge port or repairing the equipment.

5) Strengthen the inspection of the parts of the double roll crusher, and refuel the lubricating parts of the crusher to keep the equipment in a good lubrication state.

The double-roller crusher is faster in the Chinese version of the crusher, and the load-carrying capacity is also very large. The rotor is subjected to the two-way force (axial and radial) during the crushing. The double-row self-aligning cylindrical roller bearing is selected, and the bearing seat is cast.   3. Is weight of the mould is correct?
  4. Are lifting eyebolts fully seated on the mold and not interfering with mold action?
  5. Are all transportation bars installed and in correct color as you request?
  6. Are knock-out holes for mechanical ejection and the layout correct as designed?
  7. Is electric box wired correctly as per injection machine standard?
  8. Are dimensions of locating ring correct?
  9. Is radius and orifice diameter of sprue bush correct?
  10. Are clamping features correct?
  11. Is the mold construction compatible with robot gripping if applicable to take off part?

  1. Is any welding used on mold? Is welding process correct for the steel used?
  2. Have all mold plates been stamped with markings?
